Community Governance Review – Have Your Say
Residents of Bagshot, Lightwater and Windlesham:
Surrey Heath Borough Council has now entered Stage Two of the Community Governance Review (CGR), following a decision made at the Full Council meeting on 22 October 2025.
This review is being carried out to ensure that local governance arrangements continue to reflect the identity, needs, and interests of our communities.
As part of Stage Two, Surrey Heath Borough Council is seeking your views on how Bagshot, Lightwater, and Windlesham Village should be represented in the future.
Windlesham Parish Council has produced an informative leaflet explaining the purpose of the review and outlining the possible options being considered. A breakdown of the budget modelling is also available.
